Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in South African Rand (ZAR).
Payment methods include credit/debit cards, PayPal, and bank transfers.
Full payment must be received before dispatch of goods.

Orders

Order Acceptance: Your receipt of an order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. We reserve the right to accept or decline your order at any time after receipt - with 24hrs from purchase.
Order Cancellation: We reserve the right to cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to the unavailability of the product, errors in the price or product description, or issues identified by our fraud detection system. Of which will be confirmed within 24hrs of order.

Delivery Fees and Policy

Local Delivery: Standard delivery within South Africa. Delivery times and fees may vary based on the are calculated based on the size, weight and destination of the order.
International Delivery: Available to selected countries. Delivery times and fees vary by destination, and additional customs fees or taxes may apply. These fees are the responsibility of the buyer.
Delivery Times: Local deliveries typically take 3-7 business days. International deliveries can take 7-21 business days, depending on the destination.
Tracking: All orders include tracking information, which will be provided once the order is dispatched.

Return and Refund Policy

Local Returns: Items can be returned within 14 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. Items must be in their original condition and packaging.
International Returns: Items can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. Items must be in their original condition and packaging.
Process: To initiate a return, contact our customer service team with your order number and reason for return. We will provide instructions on how to proceed.
Refunds: Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will process the refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
